How much should I take and how do I do it?

Take one capsule a day, without chewing them, with two large glasses of water.

When should I take the capsule?

Take the capsule about 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, such as breakfast or dinner.

I can't swallow a capsule.

If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you can open it and mix the contents with drinking water.

Frequently Asked Questions:

If you forget to take a dose, you do NOT have to take a double dose with the next dose.

The recommended dosage is one capsules per day.

We do not recommend use if you are pregnant or have just become a mother.

The capsules are suitable for both women and men ages 18 and older.

Side effects:

  • Use does not affect birth control pills.
  • In rare cases, the following side effects may occur (occur in up to 1 in 1,000 people): dry mouth.
  • Intake does not affect high blood pressure.
  • While using, you can safely drive a car and/or operate machinery.
  • Always discuss any illnesses with your attending physician.
